India Centre for Migration (ICM), a think-tank of Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on migration issues has brought out a handbook for information of Indian students desirous of studying abroad. The 'Student Handbook for Studying Abroad' was launched by Secretary(CPV & OIA), MEA who officiates as Chairman of ICM on the occasion of ICM's Foundation Day on 30 March 2021. The document aims at providing important information to Indian students on how to plan their study, travel and related expenses in a foreign country and ensure their informed and secured mobility.
