The third edition of India's mega Global Textiles Expo  BHARAT TEX 2026, is a flagship global textile event focusing on the entire textile value chain will be held from 14^th to 17^th July 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi being organized by the Bharat Tex Textile Federation (BTTF), comprising 11 Textile Export Promotion Councils, including TEXPROCIL, in association with the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, and brings together the complete textile value chain on one platform.

• Primary emphasis will be on engaging International Buyers and Domestic Volume Buyers
• Sidelines of the event will be Knowledge Sessions, CEO Roundtables, Expert Master Classes, Partner country forums, Business-to-Business (B2B) and Government-to-Government (G2G) meetings, Networking, MoUs and Partnership Opportunities 

The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) will host 250 International Buyers as its Esteemed guests.

The buyers will be required to fill up their Application Form Online on the following link:

https://bharat-tex.com/overseas-buyer-registration/ by choosing The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) and upload necessary documents [Passport copy (with a validity of six months from the event date), Business Card, Photograph].  All the documents will be put up to the Screening Committee for approval and invites will be sent to approved buyers only.

The selected buyers will be offered the following complimentary facilities except air-tickets:

• Three/Four nights accommodation at a leading 5-star hotel in New Delhi
• Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi
• Airport pickup and Venue transfers during the exhibition
• Access to Knowledge sessions, CEO Roundtables, Master classes etc.

All Invited Buyers will have to book their air tickets to travel to New Delhi, India at their own cost.
