In 2025, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s government completed 11 years in office. These years have been focused on bringing development that includes everyone, moves the country forward, and lasts for the long term. From the beginning, PM Modi has worked to create equal opportunities for all citizens and make development the central focus of governance.
Since assuming office in 2014, Prime Minister Modi has mainstreamed a development-centric approach, Vikasvaad- transforming it into the core of governance. His administration has consistently set ambitious
targets and demonstrated the capacity to achieve them within record timeframes. Whether it was vaccinating the eligible population against COVID-19, attaining historic export milestones, expanding digital connectivity, completing rural electrification, or delivering piped drinking water to households, the government has shown results through decisive action.
Over these eleven years, public service delivery in India has undergone a paradigm shift. The strategic implementation of the JAM Trinity: Jan Dhan, Aadhaar, and Mobile has revolutionized welfare schemes by ensuring transparency, eliminating intermediaries, and enabling the direct transfer of benefits to citizens.
Recognizing infrastructure as a fundamental pillar of national progress, the government has emphasized the timely completion of long-pending projects while also launching transformative new ones. This approach contrasts sharply with the earlier fragmented model of development and reflects a comprehensive and integrated vision that leaves no section of society behind.
